Spruce Up Your Home with a Hardware Update

If you’re looking for ways to freshen up your home, and your all out of ideas for paint colors, peel-and-stick wallpaper, and accent walls, then consider a hardware update throughout your home.

Nope, I’m not saying go out and buy a new refrigerator or stove just because you’re bored. Instead, consider updates to door knobs, handles, and locks throughout. Even the drawers in your bedroom and/or kitchen can benefit from a nice update.

You’ll want to make sure you size things properly, so if you’re really driven to complete this project, consider removing one of your kitchen handles and measuring the sizing on it (or just bring it into a home store and ask for some suggestions or sizing). Stores like Anthropologie and Home Goods are also known to have decorative handles and knobs, too, so perhaps something there will strike your fancy.
