Unfortunately, there isn’t a one size fits all approach to this process. As I always say, “One size fits all fits no one.”

Well for starters, you don’t need to do everything at once. Isn’t that a relief? But it’s true. Just because you’re looking for a home doesn’t mean you have to consider a date to shut off utilities, pack up your boxes, and hire a moving company. Unless of course you have a hard end date on your current lease. In which case, we should talk ASAP.
Buyers who are ready and willing to begin their house hunt will want to get pre-qualified through a mortgage lender. This simple step takes one to three days and is the most essential part of the buying process. In fact, it’s hard to even start without it. Once you receive that information, we’ll sit down and begin the house hunt knowing what homes best suit you and your budget.
Sellers looking to make the move may want to begin with something as simple as tidying up or completing small, unfinished projects around the home. If you’d like to take it one step further, I’d be happy to swing by and preview your home to highlight some of the ways you can catch the eye of prospective buyers (fresh paint jobs, de-cluttering, carpet cleaning, etc.).
And for those looking to sell a current home and move into another, we can explore ways to sync up timing and urgency on both sides of the equation.
