Love is in the air, and in the candy aisles, just about everywhere you look. Whether you celebrate Valentine’s Day, Galentine’s Day, or swear off all forms of celebration, you can’t deny that the theme is still central this time of year.
So naturally, I had to take that route, too.
When it comes to selling your home, knowing what you love most about it can go a long way in providing a vision for a buyer. Suggesting simple things like drinking coffee on the patio, barbequing out back during the summer, or celebrating the holidays in your family room can inspire similar thoughts for any buyer stepping foot through your front door.
For buyers, I encourage you to envision yourself living in every home you see. What image stands out? What room catches your interest? Most importantly, how do you see yourself falling in love with that home?
The sooner a house catches your emotions, the sooner that house becomes a home.
